In what can only be billed as an act of self defense or self incrimination, Rick Ross (the rapper) granted Don Diva magazine an exclusive interview, sounding off on the recent allegations leveled against him concerning his tenure as a correctional officer.Jump!
Ross—who was recently rebuked by “Freeway” Ricky Ross[click to read]—told the magazine everything he talks about in his music is real.
“When I’m making my music and I’m talking about blow, it’s because I did it,” the Miami rapper says. “When I say I’m rich off cocaine, it’s cause I did it… I took a lot of losses in this game. I took losses in the street, losses in this music.”
Ross also says he never had a hand in sending another man to jail. “I never ratted on a nigga, I never locked up a nigga.”
“I believe in the death penalty for rats.”
Looking at this, its apparent that SOMEBODY wants to ruin Rick Ross' career. This video just surface on YouTube showing the negatives to the photo of Rick Ross in a Correction Officer's uniform. Im no professional photographer, but I dont think negatives can be chopped and photoshopped, so that leads me to wonder, why would Ricky Ross say he is a victim of such nonsense if he knew the pictures were legit?? I think the best thing to do is, instead of making war with Trick Daddy, just tell the truth. To be honest I don't give a fuck if he was or wasn't as long as he keeps making hot ass music. (That Boss shit is smooth as FUCK!!) I guess the point I'm trying to make is "real" in the entertainment industry is different from "real" on the streets. We ALL KNOW that shit, and if you don't, you a little slow. Think about it, you really think The Clipse are stupid enough to be moving weight and then write hot 16's about it? FUCK NO!! The drug game requires a degree of secrecy in order to exist. After all Malice was in the US Air Force, he didn't lie about the shit (although that does sound mighty Frank Lucas- ish) He let everybody know whats up and we all recognize that 's only one aspect of his past. Trust me, I know Malice personally, don't let that little shy video smile shit fool ya, he got street game and ain't to be fucked with. DDP!! Anyways, only time will tell how this will effect Ross' sales, regardless, he is still a talented ass rapper and i think we should just leave it at that.

The interviewer says Trick Daddy is behind the leaked photos that surfaced on the web of a beardless Rick Ross in a Correction Officer's uniform. IF that's even a true statement, it makes this interesting to me, Let A.P. turn your attention to to a prior beef showing Rick Ross' willingness to stand up and defend Trick. Remember last year when Ross came at T.I. claiming he was disrespecting MIA, (or Trick Daddy thru subliminal means) He even recorded a record dissing T.I. over that shit. See the interview below.

Curtis is up to his shananagins again. 50 cent posted pics of Rick Ross in a correction officers uniform on the front page of his website with the caption Exclusive : Photos Of Rick Ross Before This Rap Shit.
"A source from Miami e-mailed us a copy of a Rick Ross photo as a correctional officer before he became a rapper. The source said there is more photos of Rick Ross in uniform to come. OUCH !!! "
Ross has already issued a statement concerning the photos saying,
My life is 100 percent real. These online hackers putting a picture of my face when i was a teenager in high school on other peoples body. If this shit was real don’t you think they would have more specifics, like dates and everything else? I’m in the entertainment business and a lot of people like to hate because I’m on top of my game. Like i said before my life is 100 percent real.Jump!
